Felipe Ruibal & Quemozo
Embracing Latin styles spanning the globe, Quemozo is New Mexican at heart. Founded in 2005 by award-winning composer and vocalist, Felipe Ruibal, Quemozo features a truly all-star combo with Omar Villanueva (Lead Guitar & Vocals), Luis Guerra (Contra-Bajo), Camilo Quiñones (Drums & Percussion, and Tony Quiñones (Congas & Bongos). Original compositions speak of the land and people from Ruibals’ beginnings, and strive to reach the world with a song for the future.
Felipe has shared the stage with a variety of world-renowned artists such as the Gipsy Kings, Etta James, and Los Lonely Boys.
